This accredited workshop helps managers understand the real experiences behind the silence, offering compassionate, practical guidance for creating menopause-friendly workplaces.
Grounded in the latest psychological research and workplace wellbeing best practice, this training introduces the SUPPORT framework: a structured, evidence-based model designed to equip managers with the skills, tools and confidence they need to respond appropriately and sensitively.
What we cover:

Expert knowledge on menopause, mental health and emotional wellbeing including how stress, overwhelm and mood changes may show up in workplace behaviours and performance

How to use the SUPPORT framework to spot signs, open up safe conversations, and take practical action

Best practice guidelines on the importance of not diagnosing or making assumptions, and effectively managing next steps

Activities consider personal boundaries and confidentiality within the workplace and legal obligations, including in times of crisis

How to offer empathy while maintaining healthy boundaries without negleting self-care

What reasonable workplace adjustments can look like, and how to implement them appropriately

Where to find helpful resources, including workplace tools, external services and wellbeing support options.
