✅️Menopause Awareness for Managers 

This workshop equips leaders and managers with the knowledge and skills to support their employees through the menopausal transition while staying compliant with current legislation. 

 

This comprehensive training covers the legal framework, information on policy writing and risk assessment, as well as a practical session on how to have sensitive conversations, ensuring that women feel heard and supported at work.

Duration: 2.5 hours 

Maximum participants per session: 20

 

✅️Menopause Champion Training

Menopause Champions play a crucial role in breaking down the stigma around menopause and promoting open and honest conversations. They help raise awareness, provide education and resources, and offer practical solutions to support employees going through menopause. 

Once you have successfully completed the course, you will be invited to regular Menopause Champion meetings where you get up to date knowledge and can share best practice as part of a community.

Duration: 6 hours

Insights & Data

Knowing and understanding your workforce data should be at the centre of an effective strategy of workplace support.  It is important to understand the profile of your workforce affected by menopause and assess and address any issues affecting particular groups.

 

We will collect and analyse data to identify trends which will help shape wellbeing, retention and inclusion strategies.
